Nothing's easier ! By following our assembly video you will only need 10 minutes to assemble your light fixture. It's fun, and super satisfying to see its volumes appear under your hands.
We create all of our designs to order and have no stock. They are all handmade and carefully made in our workshop. Unless there is a lack of supply, allow approximately 1 week for the manufacture of your luminaire and 48 to 72 hours for transport. Be patient, you won't regret it!
No problem ! First, if you think we can provide a solution to your problem, contact us immediately. If we can't do anything, you have 30 days to return your lighting to us from the date of receipt, after which we will refund you 🙂!
Our lighting fixtures are airy and delicate but their design is robust. They are sent flat and are well packaged so as to be protected during transport. Their assembly is easy thanks to our clever clip system.
And if there really is a problem, we never leave a customer unsatisfied and we always return all the necessary parts so that you are completely delighted with your lighting fixture.
